The Kraken Transformation

Your RXV before and after unleashing the beast

Kraken-Powered Stock RXV
Top speed Blazing 25.5 mph speed Stuck at less than 15 mph
Acceleration Sports car acceleration Sluggish acceleration
Reverse buzzer Silent stealth mode Annoying reverse buzzer
Settings Dial in YOUR perfect speed No speed customization
Flexibility Customizable everything Fixed performance settings
Hills Rapid Hill Climb Rolls back on hills

More speed = more fun = slightly more maintenance. Running your RXV at 25.5 mph instead of 15 mph is like daily driving a sports car instead of a sedan. Your tires, brakes, and motor will wear faster - that's just physics. But if you wanted to go slow forever, you'd be looking at flower pots, not performance chips. Speed responsibly, maintain regularly, and enjoy every second of it.

E-Z-GO RXV 2013-2024 Programmer FAQ

Before you buy

The questions people ask before they order

Will it work on my RXV?

It is built for 2013-2024 E-Z-GO RXV carts. The "Will it fit" section on this page lists exactly what it works with, and we confirm your cart with you when you add it to your cart. Not sure? Send us a photo of your cart's serial plate and we will confirm before you order.

Will it harm my cart or void my warranty?

Every change is reversible and you can return to factory settings at any time. Built-in safeguards help protect your cart. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer, so check yours if that matters to you.

What is the difference between the User and Dealer versions?

The User version ($350) pairs with one cart. The Dealer version ($600) works on unlimited carts, saves presets and comes with priority support. Shops and fleets usually choose Dealer.

Round or square connector: which do I have?

Look under the seat near the controller, usually between the controller and the battery. The connector may have a black cover on it. You choose round or square when you add the User version to your cart.

How long does shipping take?

Every unit is handcrafted to order and ships in 2-4 days. Shipping is free in the US.

Using it

What to expect once it arrives

How fast will my RXV go?

Up to 25.5 MPH. Your real-world top speed also depends on tire size, load, terrain and battery condition.

Do I need tools or a laptop?

No. It is a handheld programmer with its own screen. Plug it in, make your changes and hit Flash.

Can I change the settings again later?

Yes, as often as you like. Turn it down for the kids, back up for you, or return to factory settings.

What if I get stuck?

Lifetime support is included. Contact us and you will hear from the people who built it.

Have a Different Cart?

Every Kraken is built for one cart family. Pick yours.
