Typical Processing Time: Most orders ship the same day if placed before 2:00 PM EST, or next business day for orders placed after. We work efficiently to get your KRAKEN to you as quickly as possible.

Assembly & Quality Control

Your KRAKEN is assembled, firmware is verified, and the unit undergoes comprehensive testing to ensure perfect operation.

Packaging & Shipment

Device is securely packaged with protective materials and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver. You'll receive tracking information via email.

Potential Delays: While we strive for same or next-day shipping, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including component availability, high order volume, or unforeseen circumstances. We'll notify you promptly if your order requires additional processing time.

Standard Shipping (FREE): All orders automatically ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver at no cost. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. The carrier for your order will be automatically selected based on your delivery address to provide the fastest and most reliable service.

Need it faster? We offer upgraded shipping options at checkout for those who need expedited delivery. Simply select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

Important: While we aim to deliver all orders on time, we cannot refund shipping costs if the carrier experiences delays on paid shipping upgrades. Carrier delays (weather, mechanical issues, staffing problems, etc.) are beyond our control and fall under the carrier's responsibility. We ship on time, but we cannot control carrier performance once the package leaves our facility.

  • APO/FPO military addresses

Do you charge for shipping?

No! All orders to US addresses include FREE standard shipping with no minimum purchase required. Optional expedited shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship same day or next business day. Made-to-order items may occasionally take longer due to factors outside our control. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

How long will it take to receive my KRAKEN?

Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2-7 business days via standard shipping (total 3-8 business days from order to delivery).

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

What if the carrier delays my expedited shipment?

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, carrier delays are beyond our control. We cannot refund shipping costs for carrier-related delays on paid shipping upgrades.

What carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver for standard shipping. The carrier is automatically selected based on your address to provide optimal delivery speed.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the 50 United States, including APO/FPO military addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Note that UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so PO Box orders automatically ship via USPS.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

All shipments are covered. Contact us with your order number and any relevant photos. We'll get you a replacement KRAKEN quickly.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we may be able to update the address. Once shipped, you'll need to work directly with the carrier.
