Warranty Information

AxleCore Industries, LLC ("AxleCore") warrants that the Kraken Programmer (the "Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the "Warranty Period"). This limited warranty is provided solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage

  • During the Warranty Period, if the Product is found to be defective due to manufacturing or material issues, AxleCore will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Product at no cost to the original purchaser, provided the warranty claim is valid.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling of the Product.
  • Physical damage to the Product, including but not limited to cracks, dents, scratches, or corrosion.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering with the Product.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
  • Use of the Product with vehicles other than E-Z-GO RXV models (2013-2024) with Curtis Controller.
  • Issues caused by external factors, such as accidents, environmental conditions, or improper storage.
  • Any consequential or incidental damages, including damage to the vehicle or other property.

User Responsibility and Risk

The user assumes all risk associated with the use of the Product. AxleCore Industries, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, or loss of property. The Product is intended for use only as described in the official Kraken Programmer User Guide. Improper use voids this warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

  • To initiate a warranty claim, contact AxleCore Industries, LLC at support@axlecoreindustries.com within the Warranty Period.
  • Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any requested documentation or images.
  • If approved, AxleCore will provide instructions for returning the Product. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
  • Repaired or replaced Products will be covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxleCore Industries, LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the express terms of this limited warranty. AxleCore’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product.
