Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the Product meets all eligibility requirements:
- The Product must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- No signs of use, damage, or wear on the device or packaging
- Product must be returned in the same condition as received

Physical Inspection: The device and packaging are inspected for signs of use, wear, or damage.
Important: If the Product is deemed to have been used, the return will be voided, and the Product will be returned to the buyer at their own shipping cost. No refund will be issued for used devices.
Version-Specific Return Requirements
USER Version Returns
USER versions of the KRAKEN Programmer are designed to pair with a single E-Z-GO RXV golf cart. Special requirements apply:
Unpairing Required: If the Product is returned while still paired to a cart, the return will be voided. You must unpair the device from your cart prior to initiating the return.
How to Unpair Your USER Version:
- Follow the unpairing instructions in the User Guide
- Ensure the device shows as unpaired before shipping back
- Failure to unpair will result in a voided return
Dealer Version Returns
Dealer versions of the KRAKEN Programmer will have their internal memory analyzed to determine if any usage has occurred:

Any detected usage will void the return, and the Product will be returned to the buyer at their own shipping cost.
How to Return Your KRAKEN

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds are usually instant once processed
- Original shipping costs are not refunded (returns ship free, but original shipping to you is not refunded)
- Return shipping costs are not reimbursed
Return Denied: If your return does not meet the requirements (device was used, USER version still paired, missing items, damage, etc.), your return will be denied and the device will be shipped back to you at your expense. No refund will be issued.
