Return Policy
AxleCore Industries, LLC ("AxleCore") is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a return policy for the Kraken Programmer (the "Product") under the following terms and conditions:
30-Day Return Window for Unused Devices
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the Product is unused and in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- The Product must be returned in the same condition as received, with no signs of use, damage, or wear.
Verification of Usage
- AxleCore reserves the right to inspect all returned Products to verify they have not been used. Usage is determined through analysis of the device’s internal memory and physical condition.
- If the Product is deemed to have been used, the return will be voided, and the Product will be returned to the buyer at their own shipping cost.
USER Version Returns
- USER versions of the Kraken Programmer are designed to pair with a single E-Z-GO RXV golf cart. If the Product is returned while still paired to a cart, the return will be voided.
- To return a USER version, you must unpair the device from your cart prior to initiating the return. Instructions for unpairing can be found in the User Guide.
Dealer Version Returns
- Dealer versions of the Kraken Programmer will have their internal memory analyzed to determine if any usage has occurred.
- Any detected usage will void the return, and the Product will be returned to the buyer at their own shipping cost.
Return Shipping
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- AxleCore is not liable for any loss or damage to the Product during return shipping.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact AxleCore Industries, LLC at support@axlecoreindustries.com within the 30-day return window.
- Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number and proof of purchase.
- AxleCore will provide the return shipping address and any additional instructions.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
