Shipping Timelines
We process and ship orders within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) from the date of order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.
Shipping Rates and Options
Free Domestic US Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Optional Upgraded Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout, such as Priority Mail or Express Shipping. Costs and estimated delivery times for these options will be displayed during checkout based on your location and selected service.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact our customer support team at support@krakenprogrammer.com.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available) to monitor your package’s progress. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment. Delivery Issues
Kraken Programmer is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. Address Accuracy

Kraken Programmer is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors in the information provided. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As we currently ship only within the United States, no customs, duties, or import taxes apply. Sales tax may be applied at checkout based on your state’s regulations.
