Set your top speed, up to 30 MPH
Tap it up, press Save & apply, and the cart runs at the new limit. Up to 30 MPH with 23-inch wheels. Turn it back down when the kids are driving.
Economy, Normal or Sport
Pick how the cart delivers its power. Economy for easy cruising, Sport when you want everything it has. One tap, Apply, saved.
Choose how it slows when you lift off
Off lets the cart coast. Soft eases it down. Firm pulls it up quickly, which is handy on hills.
A speedometer your Tempo never had
Live MPH and your battery level while you drive, in a GT or Track style. You pick the look in Display settings.
Charging at a glance
Battery percentage on the home screen, and a charging view while it is plugged in.
Lock it with a PIN
When the cart is locked, the screen asks for your PIN before anyone can use it. It can take a few seconds to engage, and it is a convenience, not an anti-theft device.
Updates over Wi-Fi
Connect it to your Wi-Fi from your phone. New firmware installs while the cart is parked, so the programmer keeps improving after launch.

Will it fit your Tempo?
It comes down to how your Tempo left the factory. Factory lithium, including carts since swapped to an EcoBattery FLi, is a fit. Lead-acid is not, even after a lithium conversion.

How the preorder works
When will it ship?
Preorders ship in 60-90 days from the day you order, with free US shipping. You get an email with tracking the day it goes out.
What if I change my mind?
Cancel any time before it ships and we refund you in full. Reply to your order email or contact us and it is done.
Why is it $500 now and $750 later?
Early-bird orders let us plan the first production run, so the first customers get $250 off the $750 launch price. The early-bird price ends when the programmer launches.
What if it is delayed?
We email you straight away with the new date, and you can still cancel for a full refund at any point before it ships.
Is this the same as your current Tempo programmer?
No. Our current Tempo programmer is a handheld for lead-acid and aftermarket lithium Tempos and tops out at 20 MPH. This is a new Kraken with a touchscreen that mounts in the dash, built specifically for Tempos that left the factory with an LG or Vanguard lithium battery.

What to expect once it arrives
Will it work on my Tempo?
It is built for Club Car Tempos that came from the factory with a lithium battery, the LG or the Vanguard pack. If that cart has since been swapped to an EcoBattery FLi Solution battery, it still fits. If your Tempo came with lead-acid batteries, even if you have since fitted a lithium pack, you need the current Tempo programmer. Not sure? Send us a photo of your battery and we will confirm before you order.
How fast will my Tempo go?
Up to 30 MPH with larger 23-inch wheels. Tire pressure, load, terrain and battery charge all affect your real-world top speed.
Can I change the settings again later?
Yes. The Kraken is a touchscreen that stays in your dash, so every setting can be changed again whenever you like, right from the seat.
